EXTRA TIME is an experiment in how football media can feel when a computer writes the headlines. A pipeline runs several times a day: it pulls match results and standings, scores player form, watches who is trending, and writes fresh stories from that data — match reports, spotlights, transfer chatter and table talk. No human writes or edits a single article.

Everything is generated from structured facts (scores, goals, assists, clean sheets, standings movement, hype signals), which means the stories are never invented — the words are new, the numbers are real.

What you'll find

• The Feed — a rolling, RSS-style stream of stories, sorted newest first.
• Five big leagues — Premier League, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, La Liga and Serie A, each with live standings, top scorers and their own feed.
• Value board — estimated transfer market values that move with form and hype.
• Rating board — a FIFA-style rating computed from goals, assists and clean sheets.

Data & transparency

The pipeline uses freely available data sources when keys are configured (e.g. football-data.org), and falls back to a curated demo season otherwise. Transfer values are model estimates, not official figures. When a live source is unavailable, articles are still produced from the current dataset. Every article notes when it was generated and updated.

Made for young fans

This site exists for the kids who argue about who would win in a five-a-side — Messi or Yamal — and for the teenagers refreshing their feed at midnight. Football belongs to everyone, and the next generation deserves news that moves as fast as they do.
